Delivery Terms and Returns

SHIPING & HANDLING

1. Since we care about our customers, we offer the shipping directly to your door.

2. After you make your payment, please allow 2-5 business days for handling.

3. Goods will be delivered to you using Regular shipping option. Shipping within Continental Europe, UK, IE and IS is free and takes up to 5 days.

4. Upon the request, goods within Continental Europe, UK, IE and IS can be delivered in 1 day, using the VIP shipping option. This option will cost for you 60 EUR. Please note this option when ordering the goods.

4. We ship all our goods directly from the factory in Lithuania.

RETURNS

Products problem:

 The non-quality products can be returned to laureti.eu. Please mention the quality defects, such as  Zipper malfunction, Ripping, Poor quality, Color difference, Picture in web site has huge difference with what is received.

Please ship the package back to laureti.eu with the adress which will be provided after you contact us. Customers have to cover the return shipping fee for package return. Laureti.eu will cover all expenses after the package return and defect confirmation.

Out of stock:

Some items may be out of stock or insufficient of material during the product processing period. Laureti.eu will contact you and propose the solution for that situation. Customers are eligible for Full Refund (Item cost and shipping fee) if no receiving e-mail of notification from laureti.eu in case of Out of stock situation.

Size:

For the dispute free size deviation, please take some pictures on the ground and place a tape ruler to measure out the different part and submit the pictures to info@laureti.eu. We will reply to you within 2-3 business days.

In delay of shipment:

Please be so kind understanding for laureti.eu is unable of control the international shipment after the package has been dispatched. Though in case of delay of the shipment please contact laureti.eu and we will try to help you to solve the delivery issues.

Wrong item sent

Laureti.eu  will offer reshipping service in the event of wrongly shipped items.

Please be sure to open the parcel and check the content of items before sign to receive.
